Team Coaches
We have an exciting opportunity for two enthusiastic Team Coaches to join our individual inspired and family-led service Spire (Preston) Ltd.
You will have the ability to over-see the self-directed running of a Supported Living service, and appropriately matched Homecare services coaching staff in the attainment of organisational and individual aims and objectives. You will have experience of delivering services to a high standard; understanding that a person-centred and flexible approach is vital to the provision of individualised services. You will have knowledge and experience o undertaking quality monitoring practices. Your will spend your working hours partly completing administrative duties in our office in central Preston, and working directly on shift at your allocated Supported Living and Homecare services in the Preston/South Ribble areas.
You will have knowledge and experience of the Care Quality Commission, Social Care Sector, and Learning Disability Services. You will have worked previously as a Coach/Manager, or in a similar role. You will need to hold a current driving license, have access to a car during your working hours, and be willing to take out business insurance, using your car for work purposes. What We Offer
Salary: £11.08 per hour for contracted hours. Overtime paid at national living wage currently £8.91per hour. Sleepovers paid at standard organisational rate. Additional payments received for providing on call cover.
Length of Post: Permanent following a 12month probationary period.
Workplace: You will be based within the local community at identified supported living and/or home care services surrounding our office (Spire (Preston) Ltd, Derby House, West Wing, Ground Floor, Lytham Road, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 8JE).
Hours of Work: As identified in specific advertised posts. Hours of work will include a combination of days, evenings, sleepover shifts and weekends.
Responsible to: The Operations and Quality Manager.
Responsible for: All support staff, within your allocated area/s.
